Follow the directions below to manually activate your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail:

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Dial **004*[Phone Cloud Hub Number]# and press the send button. 

3. Once the call is active press the end button.

**To deactive your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail, Dial #004# and press the send button

Sprint:

Follow the directions below to manually activate your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail:

1. Please dial *73[Phone Cloud Hub Number] and press the send button.

2. Once the call is active press the end button.

3. Please dial *74[Phone Cloud Hub Number] and press the send button.

4. Once the call is active press the end button.

If *73 and *74 produce error then please try *28[Phone Cloud Hub Number]

**To deactive your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail:

1. Dial *73 0  and press the send button

2. Dial *74 0 and press the send button

3. Dial *28[Phone Cloud Hub Number]

T-Mobile:

Follow the directions below to manually activate your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail:

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Dial *004*[Phone Cloud Hub Number]# and press the send button.

3. Once the call is active press the end button.

Verizon Wireless:

Follow the directions below to manually activate Phone Cloud Hub Voicemail:

1. Please dial *71[Phone Cloud Hub Number]  and press the send button.

2. Once the call is active press the end button.

3. Please dial *90[Phone Cloud Hub Number] and press the send button.

4. Once the call is active press the end button.

5. Please dial *92[Phone Cloud Hub Number]  and press the send button.

6. Once the call is active press the end button. 

**To deactive your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail:

1. Dial *73  and press the send button

2. Dial *71 and press the send button

3. Dial *90 and press the send button

3. Dial *92 and press the send button

MetroPCS:

Follow the directions below to manually activate Phone Cloud Hub Voicemail:

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Dial *004*[Phone Cloud Hub Number]# and press the send button.

3. Once the call is active press the end button. 

**To deactive your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail:

1. Dial ##004# and press the send button.

2. Press the dismiss button when a notification appears on your phone. If the message states call forwarding deactivation was a success then proceed to the next step. If it failed redial the deactivation code.

Straight Talk:

Straight Talk actually uses two different phone tower networks. You will need to find out which network you use in order to setup your phone with YouMail. You can do this by checking your phone's model number. Any phone with a "C" in the model number uses Verizon towers (CDMA), and any phones with a "G" in the model number uses AT&T or T-Mobile towers (GSM).

The below instruction is for 'G' model number phones.

Follow the directions below to manually activate Phone Cloud Hub Voicemail:

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Dial *004*[Phone Cloud Hub Number]# and press the send button.

3. Once the call is active press the end button. 

US Cellular:

Follow the directions below to manually activate Phone Cloud Hub Voicemail:

1. Dial *72*[Phone Cloud Hub Number] and press the send button.

2. Wait a few seconds and dial *90[Phone Cloud Hub Number] and press the send button.

3. Wait a few seconds and dial *92[Phone Cloud Hub Number] and press the send button.

Note: Press the dismiss button when a notification appears on your phone. If the message states call forwarding activation was a success then you are done. If it failed redial the activation code.

**To deactive your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail:

1. Dial *90 0 and press the send button

2. Dial *92 0 and press the send button

Rogers One:

Please follow the directions below to get set up:

1. Visit the Rogers One website: https://www.rogersonenumber.ca/

2. Click on “Reach Me Rules

3. Click on “Forward My Calls

4. Then for No Answer and Busy Transfer, enter your Phone Cloud Hub phone number

5. Hit Save

Your missed calls will now be forwarded to Phone Cloud Hub voicemail.

**To deactive your Phone Cloud Hub voicemail, Dial #004# and press the send button

AT&T Residential

  • Call 800.620.6000 and ask them to set up call forward busy/no answer to the Phone Cloud Hub phone number.

AT&T Uverse Digital Phone

  • Dial *90 and your Phone Cloud Hub phone number, followed by a #
  • Dial *92 and your Phone Cloud Hub phone number, followed by a #

Charter Digital Phone

  • Call 1-888-438-2427 and ask them to set up call forward busy/no answer to your Phone Cloud Hub phone number.

Time Warner Cable Digital Phone

  • Go to voicezone.timewarnercable.com and register with your TWC account and number.
  • Go to settings, and adjust call forward no answer and call forward busy to ring the Phone Cloud Hub access number, then save.

Verizon Digital Voice

  • Dial *90 followed by your Phone Cloud Hub number.
  • Dial *92 followed by your Phone Cloud Hub number.

Vonage

  • Login into your Vonage account
  • Select Features tab, then configure in the call forwarding section.
  • Select enable call forwarding<
  • Choose a “Rings For” option for the number of rings before forwarding to your Phone Cloud Hub number.
