You phone voicemail inbox has its own phone number, known as deposit number. Your carrier forwards your calls to this number when your call goes to your voicemail. Phone Cloud Hub uses both Standard and Conditional call forwarding to forward your calls to your Phone Cloud Hub number. This allows Phone Cloud Hub to:

  1. Customize your greetings
  2. Convert your audio voicemail to text
  3. Email your voicemail and text to your email etc..

Phone Cloud Hub support both Standard Call Forwarding and Conditional Call Forwarding which are normally supported by your phone carrier.

Standard call forwarding: Standard call forwarding redirects all incoming calls to another phone number. Because standard call forwarding does not differentiate between different kinds of calls.

Conditional call forwarding: Conditional call forwarding is much more advanced. A phone with conditional call forwarding will ring normally and only forward a call if you do not answer, your phone line is busy, or you cannot be reached.

All major phone carrier has a feature called Conditional Call Forwarding. It’s a combination of three forwarding feature. When your phone is set up for conditional call forwarding, it will ring normally allowing you to answer the phone. Your carrier will forward your call to a number that you have setup (in this case, Phone Cloud Hub Number) when your phone is:

  • Busy
  • Unanswered
  • Unreachable

Phone Cloud Hub’s voicemail has all of the same features as your current voicemail service, with the additional feature that it converts all your messages to text and sends them to your mobile device and/or email with the original audio file attached.

Any message that requires transcription is counted on your plan. We do not charge per email sent, only by transcribed message. If a caller hangs up before leaving a message, you will not be charged.

PhoneCloudHUB provides you with a Dashboard with three tabs to take care of all your requirements.

Messages:  The Messages tab will display all of your messages.  You can listen and read the messages.  You can also search for a particular message by using the search box at the top.  You can opt to delete a message too.

Settings:  Settings displays your account details which can be seen under the My Account tab.  You can change your password by clicking on the Change Password link at the bottom right corner.  The Greetings tab allows you to change the way your voicemail is answered.  You can change the text for robotic read out or upload your personal message which is recorded and stored in mp3 format.  Don't forget to click on Save to ensure that your changes are updated.  The email setup tab allows you to change the default email id (the login email id) to which the messages are delivered.  Now, you can enter any email id of your choice here and get the messages to this inbox.

Billing:  Billing provides you with an overview of your billing account including billing history and usage history.  You can Change Plan, View Billing History, View Usage History, Add Payment Method, Edit Payment Method here.  Add payment method allows you to add additional credit card details so you can make the payment using any card of choice.  The edit payment method allows you to change the primary credit card that you prefer to use to make the payments.

You can view the billing and usage history for each month by choosing the month from the dropdown box.  The usage history will show you how many messages you have received and how many are remaining as per your plan.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time.  Just log into your account and go to Billing under the Dashboard.  Here you can modify your plan by clicking on Change Plan.
